You are on the road to beautiful Mt. Evans, scale a 14er or take a leisurely hike, on the way there is Echo Lake for awesome views and great trout fishing. Just a few doors down from the lodge you will find your chance to ride the rapids, stop in and book your invigorating white water rafting trip!
Other activities include hiking trails, bicycling, kayaking, zip lining, snowshoeing, and nearby skiing and hunting.
Visit Tommy Knocker Brewery, home of one-of-a-kind craft beer and soda, the landmark Beau Joes Pizzeria or one of the many other restaurants and shops located just minutes away (and, yes, there IS a Starbucks!)
Tour Argo Mine and try your luck at panning for gold.
Perhaps best of all, visit Indian Hot Springs, noted for its immense history and healing waters.
