LODGE GENERAL INFORMATION

Cell service greatly varies! From nothing to continuous depending on your carrier, weather, and who knows?? You CAN text and email since there is WIFI available. If you drive down the road towards town, (only 2-3 min. away) you will get service, should you need to use your cell for a call.

You will be given a DOOR CODE after payment has been received in full. Directions for use are on the door.

 

The main heat source is the FIREPLACE, you will want to keep a fire going during cold/cooler seasons  to easily heat up the lodge with its large blower. (Directions are posted) If you need to turn the thermostat up, feel free to be comfortable, but please keep it to a minimum since electric heat is quite costly.  You should not need it higher than 55 if you are using the fireplace it will be warm! We would really appreciate your consideration in this matter, and maybe throw on a sweatshirt or warmer layer before you do so.

 

We also ask that you follow the directions to the hot tub, (posted inside) and keep the cover on AT ALL TIMES that it is not in use.

 

Please cover the FIREPIT when not in use and make sure the propane is turned OFF. Instructions are posted there as well.

 

Please leave the Lodge as you found it and turn off all appliances, lights, and make sure the thermostats are at 55, lock all doors and windows. Remove all items from the refrigerator and freezer to avoid a disposal fee.

 

The circuit box is located at the end of the main level hall, in the broom closet.

Water shut off is in the laundry closet off of the half bath on the main level.

 

The CLOTHES DRYER has a board in the vent outside blocking critters from entering, please remove before use and replace after using, or when you are leaving.

 

The river runs very fast at run off season and through a lot of the summer, please be very cautious especially with your children and animals! Approach at your own risk, we are not responsible for any injuries.
