PARKING is important since there is an access road on the property and access to a neighboring cabin. You will provided with a diagram to follow if needed.  As you come over the bridge off of highway 103 the Moonlit Lodge is immediately to the right. You can park INSIDE the gate, as well as in front of the log garage (to the left of the road),or to the immediate right of the garage.  You can also park facing the fence to the left, BUT IT IS CRUCIAL YOU DO NOT BLOCK THE NEIGHBORS GATE IN THAT FENCED AREA. ALSO, PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE ROAD THAT CONTINUES UP THE HILL.

It would be most helpful to CARPOOL and have 3-4 cars if at all possible.

QUIET TIME: Strictly enforced from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The county imposes a noise ordinance where you must move inside at 10:00 p.m., this includes the hot tub and fire pit. No exceptions, as we can be fined and subsequently closed down.

BEFORE USING THE CLOTHES DRYER, please remove the board in the outside vent, this prevents little critters from entering when not in use. This should be replaced before you leave!

THIS IS A NO SMOKING LODGE!

NO OUTDOOR WOOD FIRES of any kind are allowed because of the high fire danger. We do provide a nice gas firepit to warm you on chilly evenings. Firewood is for the INDOOR FIREPLACE ONLY.

TRASH and WILDLIFE: Please be aware that ALL TRASH is picked up from the outdoors to avoid attracting bears! They are in the area and are drawn to the smallest amount of food/trash. There are bear proof trash receptacles at the entrance of the lodge, next to the gate. ALSO be aware that any wrappers, trash  ,or food IN YOUR CAR will also attract bear.
